Double clicking doesn't seem to open it.  Any suggestions on how I can open it so I can see how it's built ?  The closest I got was to do open > original demosound.maxpat,  but when I do this it opens, yet I still cannot see how it's made.  It just opens in Presentation mode, with no options to put into edit mode.

Trying to open what I think is a bp.patcher on a Mac OS that I got to with Ableton Live.
