Tutorial 19 Non-realtime example

    Another thing I've noticed in the tutorials is that on number 19, the final example is meant to run below 10fps to demonstrate the framedump alternative. Well on my 2 year old laptop I'm getting 65fps, so maybe this would be worth updating a little bit? I got the basic principals of it by duplicating the effects and loading a 1080p video, but I'm sure there would be a better effects chain that could bring even an i7 system to a halt with that default video?
