UDP, does a bang bang actually ?

trying to send a note list, translated into drawing commands in the rcv patch

2 ways of sending message : direct / via UDP
look at the result :
incomplete (no sharps) when using UDP.

Then also compare, with UDP on, the results between 'try sending this bang' in the send patch
and 'try sending manually' in the receive patch.

First option : A bang is received
2d option : A bang is triggered

The result of these 2 options is different. Why ?
