Updated bonk~, fiddle~, and sigmund~ for Apple Silicon (download)
I've recompiled the bonk~, fiddle~, and sigmund~ objects to work for both Intel and M1 Macs here, should anyone find that useful!
Cheers to all the folks that have kept these ports going throughout the years. :)
This is great! Thank you very much.
Super! Thanks!
Wow, great job!
I'm still on Intel Mac and I use the porting to 64 bit of Volker Bohm.
I wonder if there are any differences in this version.
Thanks anyway.
@Riccardo Dapelo
At the moment, they're the same as the Volker Boehm versions and just recompiled all in one place. I want to upgrade the FFT libraries used at some unplanned point, but for now there's no difference between the Boehm objects and these beyond supporting M1. :)
I'd like to add my thanks for this. I have a student (on Mac) who was asking me about pitch and onset detection objects -- just logged in to the forum, and there was this thread near the top. Perfect!
Much appreciated --

This is so great! Thank you so much!
Pure class!
Is anyone else experiencing a bug where changing the number of filters on bonk~ causes a crash?
Such a nice job Isabel !!!! Thank you so much !!!
Hi there,
Has anyone tested this on macOS Ventura 13.2?
Wondering if it is safe to update?
Hey noob question, I bought this max for live device called midi guitar, it uses Sigmund, i copied the new externals in my max project it created automatically but it doesn't work. How can i get this to work?
Can you post the error messages you get?
This is amazing, thanks
For folks coming here, Volker Bohm's original 64-bit ports are available for M1, so please check out his repositories for the most recent versions of objects and to report any bugs.
