Urgent - how to use a jitter license on an iLok with max license on mac?
We have an installation machine that has a copy of max5 on it, but no jitter license. I have a max5 + jitter license on my iLok.
I purchased jitter yesterday to install it on the machine in question, but because C74 have my name associated with my license, I got an email back saying essentially "you already have jitter did you make a mistake".
fair enough, but we really need jitter on that machine today, to get working on some stuff asap (standalone/runtime not good enough). We are 8 hours ahead of C74, so by the time we finish work today C74 will just be arriving at work.
I thought i could just connect my iLok to the machine, but the jitter objects still won't work (it's not picking up the license off the iLok).
does anyone know how to get that working with my iLok so we can do some work while c74 are sleeping?
thanks,

hi oli,
the problem is probably conflicting authorisations with the already installed max on the target machine.
if you wipe it out and reinstall max/jitter, your ilok *should* work.
unfortunately i don´t know any other wiping besides a reinstall of the os.

Hi Oli,
