Using Matrox MXO2 Mini with Mac Mini as Capture Device for 1280 x 720 signal

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with using the Matrox MXO2 Mini as an HD capture card/device with the Mac OSX operating system. I'm wondering if it's even a feasible option. I need to have it interface with a component video signal out of an HDV camcorder before being routed into Jitter for live/semi-live playback in a patch. I'd normally use a Blackmagic card and a tower, but I'm trying to see if form factor can be reduced by using a Mac Mini. Any insight/ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I think this has come up before. Have you searched?

The MX02 mini does work as a QT capture device for jitter, but it will not work in a Mac Mini. You still need an Expresscard32 or PCI-e slot.

Thanks for pointing out the blazingly obvious Jesse, how I missed the output situation is beyond me... guess it's been one of those days and too many capture cards have passed before my eyes. Thanks zip for the heads up, I had searched the forums, but missed the vade article, I was just looking for a definitive yes/no answer since there was some back and forth about it working and whether it actually was working well.

It'd be great if there was something that worked for a Mac Mini with HD video, but I can't really risk trying out a bunch of different cards/units that have proprietary software platforms in the hopes that maybe one might work while eating the cost on all the ones that don't.
