Hi again :)

Ive read the helpfile for metro several times, but im still strugling to understand how to use Max5 in "bpm mode".

Could someone please post a noob example on using the metro quantized to bmp in conjunction with the tempo object.

That would save my day !

Thanks alot

You can always keep track of the beat outlet of the transport. And whenever you detect a "1" (or perhaps a 4 with 300 ticks or so), send out a bang to whatever you need to by synched.

Tutorial 19 covers the new metrical timing stuff. The tutorial patch has examples of timepoint too.

Worth looking at.

Do you mean using the tempo object with the transport object? I've been kind of replacing when I use tempo with the transport.
