The following images are coming from a spectrogram software called Izotope RX. The image-2 shows exactly the same spectrum but using some special "reassignment" method used for fine pitch tracking. i might not want to search for the mathematics under this spectrogram method, but i just would like to find a jitter effect able to transform the first blurred image-1 (preferably float32 matrix) into something more or less looking like the image-2. I saw some voronoi effects in the jit.bfg help file but i'm not a jitter expert and i have no idea how this could be done.
