VST~ bypass click

Justin Yang's icon

Hi,
I currently have 3 vst~ objects daisy-chained so that on the fly I can
process incoming sound with 1, 2 or 3 plugins (Pluggo plugins and
others). If I am using more than one plugin and try to bypass one
while sound is still coming through, a nasty click sound occurs. Has
anyone come up for a workaround for this?
Thanks in advance.

hello
try to route the signal with a [matrix~] object
set in non binary mode, with a ramp (like 100ms) to avoid
clicking when you change connections
that could be coupled with a delayed msg to bypass the
plugs you want off.
I hope it's clear, and there are probably other ways to do

best
