Warping the edges of a video to follow curved wall
Hi guys
I've been asked to do a 360° projection room for a client, which will both playback 360° videos and run an interactive, audio reactive music visualiser, all running from jitter. It would be 4 projectors one for each wall and they want to round the corners of the room to smooth the edges. A bit like an infinity wall for photography. There's a picture of the room shape below. I've had a little browse on the forum about edge blending and that looks fairly straightforward. Could anyone advise on the best way to slightly warp the the edges of the projections to follow the curves of the wall?
Cheers
Christian

Hello,
I've played with these tools :

I found them some times ago in this thread :

With the warping tool I was able to map a projection on a curved screen.
Thanks for that. I'll have a look.
I was hoping as it seems it should be pretty straightforward, it would be possible to do without third party externals. Most of the projection will be flat. The curves will just be at the far right and left edges of the projection, where the corners are rounded in the room.
Maybe the masking tools are the way to go in your case : 1 curved mask in each corner of the image.
Thanks Alain. I'll look into it.
