webcam: motion to midi

I'm going crazy with these idea i have. I need to do an interactive installation where the person moves control via webcam a quicktime movie.
And to add a little more complexity, i want to make different sounds for each direction of the movements.
I already have a simple patch where the webcam capture image, i've installed midiyoke, but i've no idea how to send midi data and which objects to use in order to control the .mov

Amateur problems, but i'll really aprecciatte some help. I'm from argentina (you can tell by my poor english ha), and here dont exists max msp jitter classes or education.
