What's going on with licensing? 5 days since buying and no code received.

    Hi,
    There seems to be something oddly wrong with C74's licensing service. I'm working on a project at Medialab Prado with a colleague. He bought the upgrade to Max6 5 days ago. Still no license code received. At first C74 support was responding that it would follow shortly. Now not even that anymore...
    What's going on? This is not quite what we 're accustomed to at C74 and not fun with a presentation deadline the day after tomorrow. His 30 day demo expired.

      Ah ok, that explains. Perhaps state up front that orders won't be processed till after the holiday?

      There was a holiday notice on the website. However, it's possible you didn't see it since there are multiple entry points for making a purchase. We are working to address that on the next version of the website. Sorry for the trouble.
