which language should I develop "audio/video" broadcaster external?

    As jit.broadcast and jit.qt.braodcast do not support video with audio for streaming. I want to develop an external object that will be able to broadcast video with audio as well. Can any one guide me which language should be the best for this pupose? C++ ? Object C? (Java is not an option as I have been struggling with it for this porpose).
    Also please tell me where I can get some basic info regarding video representation in jitter matrix and converting to to basic raw video..

      I would suggest whatever language you feel most comfortable in which has any libraries you plan to use available. C/C++ is probably more flexible with cross platform libraries, but if you're only on OS X and like Obj C, you might take that approach.
