windowmanager...io.window

i had problems using Wojciech Kosmas external "windowmanager" with Max 4.6.
thanks for this great external, by the way!
i wrote another windowmanager external called "io.window", which
works here with max4.6 (PPC) and is compiled UB
it includes also some other features...
