Windows7 a Multitouchscreen & max
hi everybody. Will a configuration like that work? Would it then be possible to interact with most of the UI objects per multitouch? I saw 2 threads about multitouch but there was nothing in there about wich UI objects actually support multitouch, Fo example the "rslider" object, multisliders or function and matrixctrl objects. Has anybody tried that? the multitouchscreens i would maybe buy are at the moment:
IIYAMA Pro Lite T2250MTS-B1
Dell SX2210T
thanks for any info!

Max doesn't natively supports windows7 multitouch, and you won't be able to control several UI objects simultaneously with your touchscreen...
unless you give a try to MMF (Max Multitouch Framework) :
http://www.mathieuchamagne.com/category/code/mmf/
(you'll need to convert win7 multitouch to TUIO message in order tu use your multitouch screen with MMF)
As you can see in this video : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EEkj85GU_is Almost all UI max objects are controlable thru MMF.

Thats absolutely great!!
What about matrixctrl in dialmode and Function? Of course if they are not supported, one could create some workarounds, but snce i use them quite often, i'd be very interested in this.
Thanks a lot
