xp: "application failed to start because jitlib.dll was not found"

    Hi All
I am desperately trying to build a standalone for a show in Shanghai,as I dont want to leave my authorization key inside the gallery for a whole month!
When I go to build the standalone, I keep getting the following message:
Max: max.exe - Unable To Locate Component This application failed to start because jitlib.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
I have tried reinstalling over the top of my existing install. I dont use Jitter at all, and would like to avoid instyalling Jitter and its required dotnetfx install as well as I am concerned it may inadvertantly complicate my own OSC controled JAVA 3D application.
    Any suggestions?
    in desperation!

There are two things you can do to make things a little easier.
      1. Install the full MaxMSPJitter combo on the host machine. You should be able to run in demo mode for 30 days to tweak it, and you can use the runtime in the same folder as max.exe to run the show when you are not around.
      2. If you need access to edit the app for the duration of the show - contact challenge@cycling74.com and ask us for a temporary authorisation. We are happy to help out in these kind of situations
