Kinect + Max/MSP/Jitter (Multicolor Wireframe Effect)

Kinect sensor running through Max/MSP/Jitter.

The Kinect’s depth map data is read by Max/MSP/Jitter using Jean-Marc Pelletiere’s jit.freenect. Said data is manipulated via various video effects/processes within Max/MSP/Jitter. The resulting image is a continually updated wireframe video effect. Anything placed in front of the sensor will be interpreted and represented this way.

Using jit.freenect to read the Kinect's depth information, as well as various VIZZIE modules to effect the final video.
