"Highlight around cursor" keyboard hotkey. What is it?

There are a 'h' and 'H' keyboard hotkeys in Max, described as 'Highlight around cursor (see attached screenshot). What exactly they are doing? What is the purpose of these hotkeys? Thanks!

Sorry, was this question too silly? Or just no one knows the answer?.. ;)
If there is anybody ready to spend one/two minutes, please, answer: why do we need 'highlight around cursor' feature? How to use it?

Not a silly question. It took me a while, but I did eventually find, either in a forum post or some media published by Cycling (I forget where), that this is a visual aid for presenters and has no other functionality (notice that it highlights the object the mouse is hovering over in blue and draws a large square when the mouse hovering over the canvas, in which case uppercase H draws a larger square than lowercase h). This is similar highlighting functionality as used by the search function: use ctrl+f (Win) or cmd+f (Mac) to search for an object in the patcher and press enter - those objects will be highlighted in yellow.

If someone is teaching or screencasting Max, they can use this to draw the viewers' attention to that location, although I've only seen it used once in a blue moon ; ).

Cycling'74 should find some time to update the docs: some of the features are poorly documented or not documented at all (like the feature in question).
And thank you, Xresu, for a useful answer!
