Earlier today I used the 'build collective/application' to experiment with building an application and a collective from my patch. I now have a strange issue whereby the .mxf and .app file that were generated will come as open 'windows' when I open my patch.

This is causing the patch not to work properly and the only way to fix it seems to be to manually open the .mxf file while my patch is open, and quit the .mxf file.
