Iirc you had a patch up yesterday in the other post. The ip-addresses listed there are useless if the machines arent in the same network. You need to find the wan (its been a while i may not be correct with the terminology but it's your external ip-address). This can simply be found in the router-setup or just check out one of many "whatsismyip" sites.

Your router will probably block traffic so you need to use port-forwarding to actually get the data to your machine.
