I wanted to use as an output to the speaker an VST sinth in order to have different timbers for my project. This sinthesizer can perform infinite timbers. Can I use the "HELM" as a sinthesizer. If yest how can install it into the MSP program. I appreciate your cooperation.

Helm Plug-in

Hi ZOLTAN,
as you instructed me, I followed to attach the VST Helm in the patch. The 32-bit works fine and the buttons appears to be working but it doesn't reproduce a sound at all. That means the buttons scroll well but they don't make any sound. Worse is the 64-bit, because no buttons work at all.
Having said so, I changed into the Derex plugins. Derex works fine when it is used by itself, but when it is connected with the Max-8 patchs it doesn't make any noise and timber at all.
I connected the Derex VST as an inlet with "saw~" object in order to change the Hertz value into an oscillation. And after that, I connected it with "ezdac~" object.
1. I would like to ask you what are the correct procedure to use the VST~ plugin of DEREX?
2. If it works with correct voice, will that be in the form of MIDI or in the form of Hertz value. In other words will the Derex plugins produce only the MIDI sound or will it possible to make it work with the flouting numbers. the source code of voice I use it to produce sound (timber) from a flouting number.
I appreciate your cooperation.

that happens when you allow users to drag plug-ins into a canvas: then they dont understand what a vst~ external is and how it works.

Hello Thilenius,
Sorry for the error. Please, I meant DEXED.
I would like to know if the DEXED or HELM works with the Max msp software?
If yes, can you instruct me the way, please?
I appreciate your input dear.
