Adding real time visuals with kaleidoscopic effects to my piece of minimalist music created in Max 8
So I finally created my piece of minimalist music in the style of Steve Reich using 14 audio loops that bang at specific times. I would love to add visuals to this using jitter where the visual effects are triggered by the bangs of each instrument every time they loops. Visually I hope to make it look similar to the video below except triggered by the bangs from my project. I've also added a pic of my minimalist piece to give you an idea of my project.

Any examples of patches that have done something similar?
it looks like he used some form of video feedback-- here's a starting point using jit.rota: initialise with noise, then tweak parameters:
Thanks a lot Floating Point. So do I just attach the sfplay~ from one of my audio loops to your patch to create the desired effect? My end goal is for the kaleidoscopic effect to to make a new pattern and change colour every time a new instrument sends a bang. Also happy new year!
the patch I posted just illustrates the concept of how to generate the kinds of visual patination you want-- obviously it doesn't connect up to your patch -- nor should it
I'm sorry if my questions seem silly and frustrate you. I'm really new to jitter and learning as I go. Thanks for the info, I won't bother you again.
