I building a simple sample launch instrument max patch.

I noticed that I could play (sfplay) certain samples but others I got a "can't open aiff file" error. 

After hours of debugging and noticing these are files from Ableton Live Packs I suspect that these are license protected samples. 

Is there anyway to play these samples in my max plugin anyhow? 

How is that license management work can I inherit the license into my max plugin?
