I am interested in articles / videos about the technology and architecture of Max.
Does anyone know interesting links ?

Great list. You might also want to include Miller Puckette’s publications page, where many of his early papers about Max (and later, PureData) are available: http://msp.ucsd.edu/publications.html

Especially noteworthy amongst these are his paper ‘The Patcher’ (1988), which is arguably the beginnings of Max as we know it; the two 1991 articles from CMJ, which are also foundational to understanding Max; and of course, his ‘Max at Seventeen’ (2002), which is fascinating for its hindsight.
