Does anyone else experience this? Usually not a problem, I can still step through and follow it graphically, but it seems unpredictable, I can't seem to recreate the problem, although it seems to come up somewhat frequently.

this used to happen in the max window for me. i have not seen it after i updated to max 7.0.6 and OS X 10.11
