That is just the default text. You can put a [panel] into the background. The scripting name will be the header and the annotation will be the text of the info view.

Inside of Ableton if you right click on the the device in Ableton and click "edit Info text" you can edit that box. It seems to stick across projects if you...

1. Save it with a device preset. However, it only stays with that preset and not on the original .amxd file unfortunately. This could be handy for giving presets more detail though.

2. Save a project and then pull the device from that project.

What Olsen suggested is probably a better solution to bake it into the device though.

Opening the Inspector for the patcher itself or the thispatcher object may have solutions I'm not aware of. I didn't see anything in the patcher inspector though that worked for me.
