Clock generator with swing

Hi Guys,

Right now, all of my devices using a signal based clock generator, because that was the easiest way to achieve a nice swing.
Now, I'd like to replace it with a more reliable, more tight clock generator, without using signals at all.

I've found a great tutorial about a very simple swing, it works, it is really nice.
The only problem is that there is no swing at 8n tempo...
Honestly, I do not know why, everything else works like a charm.

Could you please take a look?
Maybe I'm missing something obvious...
