Control mouse cursor with cv.jit.shift motion tracker

Hi,

I've recently learned how to control my mouse cursor using cv.jit.features2track but I was wondering if I could instead try using cv.jit.shift in order to have more precise control over the mouse cursor by selecting a specific colour. I've uploaded a patch of how I've been controlling my mouse using cv.jit.features2track maybe someone else will have better luck reverse engineering it and applying it to the cv.jit.shift patch. Thanks!!
