Copy/Paste Color Paletes Between Objects?

I'm looking for functionality where you can copy the color palate of one knob onto others onto other existing knobs that don't match it's style. Kind of like the format painter in Excel or Word.

I know the styles will all be the same if I start the project from scratch but most of my patches end up as the combination of several other patches I find online/Beap components and they often have their own color schemes.

Does this exist in Max? or is the fastest way to do this to select all the knobs and manually set the colors?
