I am not sure what I'm doing wrong here. Patch was working all afternoon, but upon a crash, I found out that this patch has a problem starting up. I isolated it to the step 3 in the patch comments, which was previously part of the init.

Any words of wisdom and help tracking down the bug.

I think I've found it. seems to be that jit.matrix on the lower right part of the patch.

Wrong dims to set the color vectors on the gl.mesh.
