Create LFO and output numerical values / Create an LFO control MIDI values
Hello,
I would like to create an LFO using the Cycle~ object and output numerical values. In turn I would like these numerical values to modulate a number box that is controlling MIDI CC values. Ideally I would like to be able to define the values for both the trough and the peak of the LFO i.e. I might want the trough value to be 50 and the peak to be 127 or the trough value to be 0 and the peak value to be 50.
Could anyone offer any advice or point me in the right direction?

Here's an example using only Max messages, and a comparable example using the MSP object cycle~, as implied by the article linked to by @Max Gardener. (Obviously, MSP must be on for the latter to work.)
