Database for Audio Visual Open Calls?!

I've been looking for a sort of centralized place where I can see all festivals and events calling for audiovisual performance proposals. I tried to google everything I can think of, Facebook groups, forums but no luck. So I wonder:
Have you ever come across something similar to what I'm looking for?
How do you keep track of these events?
Have you ever made a list of your own? Mind sharing it?
