Is there a way to prevent zooming in Presentation Mode? Or at all?

I have a patch that is laid out the way I want it. I want to distribute it as a standalone. I want to prevent users accidentally from pressing ctrl+mousewheel and screwing up the zoom. We can disable horizontal and vertical scroll, is their any way to disable zoom. Thanks for any input!
