DMXKing eDMX2 pro - will it work for what I want to do? Sending and Receiving ArtNet simultaneously.

I have been working with an Enttec usbdmx pro, sending DMX from max which works great! However, I now want to do some more stuff with DMX, for which I will need something with more possibilities. I would like some advice on what hardware to use, given the following things I want to be able to do:

1. Send ArtNet/DMX from max (180 channels)
2. Receive ArtNet/DMX in max (2 channels), simultaneously with sending DMX
3a. Stand-alone functionality of the interface (operating without MAX)
3b. Ability to save multiple (the more the better) different stand-alone programs to the DMX interface
3c. Ability to select which program to play by incoming DMX or ArtNet (or any other signal I could send from a distance. Device will not always be physically accessible, so a button does not work)

I have looked at the DMXKing ultraDMX2 Pro. Would this be able to perform everything I listed? From looking at the specs I am guessing it would, but I have not worked with Artnet via MAX before and am a bit confused.
The ultraDMX2 has two ArtNet ports. Say I connect one ArtNet port with my PC, and the other with the device that is sending 2 incoming DMX channels - will I be able to receive those 2 incoming channels in MAX, while also sending 180 channels at the same time? The specs say something about merging 2 ArtNet inputs, which is what is confusing me here.

If this does not work, any suggestions for something that will do what I want to do?
