I want to get out of a "Circular-Buffer" (thanks to HMARSTRA – 

https://cycling74.com/forums/continiously-recording-into-buffer/)

 the selected region (with starting point, end point, length) and duplicate it into a new buffer.

Duplicating is no problem, but i cannot get just the sound from the selected region. Does anybody know how this works?

Is it also possible not to crop the original buffer?

I would appreciate it so much, if anybody could help me or give me a little advice!
