There are older topics on the forum about this, but in addition to aligning/distributing objects, it would be SUPER helpful to group/ungroup them.

I often have little clusters of objects that "go together", and it would be nice to move them as a group, protect them from being bumped or broken apart visually, etc. See Figma for a good implementation!

bpatcher has been recommended in the past, but bpatcher is more about cross-patch modularity vs. maintaining a fixed visual relationship.

Thanks Rob! No idea how I completely missed this!

* Support for align and distribute (these seem to work with the objects inside groups instead of the groups)

* Keyboard bindings for group/ungroup (⌘G and ⇧⌘G would be sweet, though currently bound to find prev/next)

* When unlocked, only show the group bounding box on hover (reduces visual noise)
