Fit object size and inlets/outlets positions to grid

Hi!

I like to work with snap to grid enabled and snap to objects disabled, but the issue is that it often leads to some links being curved because the inlets/outlets do not end up aligned with the grid.

Is there an option that allows to snap objects sizes and intlets/outlets to grid? (See example in the attached patcher: it would look like a combination of the cases 2 and 3).
