I was trying to recreate the patch in "Synthesis Tutorial 5: Frequency Modulation" without using simpleFM but i can't get the modulation index, controlled by a line~ , to work. Changing it doesn't seem to alter the timbre in any way. I bet it's something silly.

It very often is: the range values of your Mod Index envelope are too low, I increased them to 0. ~ 10. And now we have the wonderful FM parp ;)
