Generate a list between two set numbers

Hi,

I'm new to Max so still learning the ropes. I was wondering if there is a way to generate a list of numbers between and including two set ranges.

So for example I have a min range of 10 and a max range of 15, and want to generate a list that includes all values in between and including 10 and 15. So I would get as an output:

10 11 12 13 14 15

What would be the simplest way to do this?
