I would like to be able get velocity values for specific keys. For example, every time I press C1 / 36 I would like to be able to monitor the note velocity, whilst at the same time, I would also like to monitor the velocity for D1 / 38.

The situation is that I am creating a midid controller for a drum machine. I would like the bass drum velocity on C1 / 36 to act as a modulation source, and also have snare drum velocity on D1 / 38 act as a second modulation source.

the route or routepass objects will let you select individual midi notes from a stream, and the unpack object will let you separate the note number and velocity values.

Do you mind sharing an example? I've tried using both the route and routepass object in various different combinations and am struggling.
