anyone having a patch/or libraries/or ideas on how to create glitch/noises/cracks?

make a nice smooth waveform using [waveform~] and then start drawing in some skinny peak lines, it'll get glitchy quick. you can also look at noise~, click~, etc.

Try playing things back at different sig~ rates (via groove~) and maybe look to gizmo~ for added flexibility. sometimes playing a familiar sample ultra-slow but pitch-shifted way up will do incredibly bizarre things to it, and vice-versa. patch up a sample player with control over sig~ and gizmo~ and you'll have hours of fun regardless :)

yes great idea, this one using drawing...! did not think about that and it's something even a child can do, which i like... :) Thanx a bunch!

there is this forum post i remembered. someone had made two patches, both of japanese artist [a homage you would say]

though these are just collective, built in max 4. but really fun none the less
