Granular synthesis with Index~ and Count~

I am not sure if this is the best way to accomplish my goals. However, I am trying to figure out how to window the output of index~ using count~. The idea being that I can sync the granulation to a sample accurate clock that can be processed to create various kinds of chaotic signals to control the grain parameters and so the grain parameters can have sample accurate definition/length.
