Beginner stuff but can't get it to work. I want to grab the RGBA planes of a jit.gl.gridshape so I can do color manipulation. Can't seem to set the "@jump" and "@offset" attributes right on jit.unpack. My jit.gl.gridshape has "@matrixoutput 1" so that's not it. Please check out the attached patch. All help's appreciated, thanks!

Im not sure what context you are working in, but you can manipulate the color without unpacking the individual matrices .

Thanks for that! The problem that I have is that I want to target individual planes, incrementing/decrementing the current value of the plane to create smooth color transitions.

I know I can get the current color value with the "getgl_color" message of the gridshape, but it seems so tedious since I want to access other attributes as well, and it becomes a big mess when I have to route all of those messages from a single outlet on gridshape to the correct locations. So I was looking for a more elegant way to change individual color planes. I thought it'd be best to extract just the color planes from the gridshape and then work with jit.scalebias or something similar. If there are better alternatives I'll be happy to hear them.
