How to find a multi take modulation recorder, or is this not made jet? ;)

Hello,
i just arrived here, so i don’t know where to look or ask. First of all, thanks for all the great brains overhere that make these things possible!
i was hoping there would be someone how knows if it’s existing, or even possible, to get an m4l’instrument’ in your track, where you can record multiple modulations in a row, LIVE. and go to a new (track/lane) still on the same stem, and swop between the modulation track with cc? So only the modulation/automation would change, but still sends data to the same controls
where to look? Or maybe this is not possible?
