I want to ramp down from 108 to 0. Then stay on 0, for an amount of time that I can specify, before then ramping back up to 108.

i was searching for a way to control the framerate smooth 

(smooth stop> hold value> start again smooth)... that works fine with this patch. and easyto edit. nice!
