How to record live audio? (Super beginner)
Hi guys,
I'm just staring out and can't figure out how to input live audio? I know Grabbr lets you get live video - is there an audio equivalent?

As a super beginner, you may find the process here of general use.
In your patcher window, there's a text box in the upper-right-hand corner of the toolbar at the top there.
Type "record audio" into it and hit a carriage return. Max's documentation browser will launch, and you'll see a list of things related to your question. On the left hand side, there's a list of words, some of which are highlighted (Objects, Snippets, Tutorials, Guides, etc.). Clicking on them will "sort" the results to show you only a list of objects or tutorials, etc. Click on Tutorials will direct you to the MSP tutorial on Recording and Playback, which is - I think - the best place to start.
You can use the Documentation browser to answer all sorts of questions in just this way, and also to help you refine the questions you do have. I hope this is of some help.
