Invalid 4k codec jit.grab ?

Hello,

(Edit: resolution with this video acquisition card AVerMedia Live Gamer Ultra GC553 was in 1920x1080.
With Live Streamer CAP 4K - BU113 and with the software AVerMedia CamEngine as the source, I have 3840 2160)

I am trying to capture 4k signal from my camera in jit.grab
FHD works but all 4k codecs don't work.

When I select 4k codec error is :"jit.grab: could not render capture stream"
I am using camera sony PXW-X70 and Avermedia live gamer Ultra capture card on windows 10, Max 8.2.2, VIDDLL package is updated.
I have installed codecs packs: K-Lite, sld, WinX, Media player codec pack

Is there something I do wrong ?
When I start the patch resolution of jit.grab is 3840 x 2160, when I open the camera resolution become 1920 x 1080 in jit.grab inspector, then I select 4k codec in the list, anyone work.

How can I know in which resolution I am ?
I think resolution of my signal is 4k but be not, how can I verify ?
In OBS and Avermedia's software (Recentral) it's written that I am in 4k.

Madmapper can't capture 4k signal from capture card, just FHD as Max msp

A solution could be to take OBS virtual camera 4k signal in Max, but Max can't take it there is a black screen when I select OBS in jit.grab list.

Thank you

Max Patch
Copy patch and select New From Clipboard in Max.

With more graphical tests it appears that I am in 4k natively, without touching of the codecs, in jit.grab. Where as resolution of jit.grab's inspector, is written at 1920 1080.
Not really sure about where come from the differences in this two images.
Up image - 4K looks like more precise. Less saturation in 4k image ?
Down image - FHD more sweet. More contrast in FHD. ?

For this test I have changed the resolution of the output of the camera, and also in Max patch, then I do a screensave for each one.

I am curious to know how I can really verify what is the real resolution in max.
If anyone as a idea to do that...

Thank you
