Is it possible to create grouped tracks with LOM?
Trying to discern if it's possible to create a grouped track, or to group a track after creation with the LOM.
I'm only seeing stuff regarding its group state, or fold state, but I just want to check with the experts since sometimes these things have uncommon names or logic.
After a lot of troubleshooting, it looks like you can sort of create tracks inside a group. In short, if you create a new track in between grouped tracks it will create a new track inside the group.
Although it gets tricky bc if you intend for your max for live device to be in the group, then the only way to do this is to create tracks before the track with the device.
For example:
If you create a group of Track 1 (So now your group is Track 1 and your grouped track is Track 2), and then send the message 'call create_audio_track 1' to the live_set. You will now have a new grouped track at Track 1 (in between Track 1 and Track 2).
As of now it still seems like no way to create a group using the LOM, or to group an already existing track.
