I am curious why there is so little information on the web for jit.fft. The help patches in Max are a good starting place, but there is so much you can do with the FFT of an image (or video) in the signal processing domain, I expected there would be a little more out there?

In particular I want to be able to display the actually Fourier transform of an image in a jit.pwindow, which often looks something like this:

Right now I am taking the outlet of my [jit.fft] into a pwindow, then multiplying it by a constant (around 10000 right now) but I am getting something that looks kind of like the INVERSE of the transform, shown above. Am I doing it right? Attaching patch below...
