Jit.world doesn’t render correctly on first open, but does when the object is reloaded.
I am using jit.world to simulate our solar system, so my gridshapes all have textures and there’s a cube map background.
I have tried to give the planets streaks using both ‘erase color’ and adjusting the alpha, as well as jit.gl.pass smear.
Through trial and error I have achieved the effect I want, except the streaks don’t show when you first open the patch and switch on the world object. Once the patch is open, if you edit the jit.world object (without changing anything) causing it to reload, when it is switched back on the streaks are there.
Is there a way I can solve this so that the streaks appear when the patch is first opened?
a patch would help anyone to help here...
